Warranty
All products sold by Matrix will be entitled to a standard warranty period specified by the manufacturer. Once standard warranty expires, customer has the option of signing up for an extended warranty with Matrix
Standard Warranty
Matrix provides standard warranty for up to 12 months after installation & commissioning, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship
Matrix (Extended Warranty)
After the standard warranty expires, customer has the option of signing up for extended warranty. Matrix will provide extended servicing according to the terms and conditions specified in the signed agreement
