Periodic Maintenance
Matrix provides (product specific) post-implementation service subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Thereafter, we offer customer the opportunity of entering into a comprehensive service package with Matrix which will enable customer to enjoy the benefits of guaranteed cycles of preventive maintenance, which in turn would help minimise equipment failure and optimise service life of machinery & equipment
Annually Inspect the installed parking systems
- Lubricate all the moving parts such as slide blocks, pulleys and the pins
- Apply grease to wire ropes
- Apply grease to all friction points
- Replace hydraulic fluid once a year
- Check all limiting switches for their operational correctness
